The Story So Far.

My journey with technology started early—at age six, programming on a Sinclair ZX Spectrum and saving code to cassette tapes. I began my career in the UK at magneticNorth, a small agency in Manchester, and ever since, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology and design. I’ve always been drawn to projects where craft, collaboration, and emerging tools come together to create something meaningful.

I joined Work & Co in 2013, when we were a 10-person team building our first products—like the responsive redesign of Virgin America. That project helped redefine airline UX and earned recognition from the Webby Awards and Cannes Lions. I became a Partner of Technology in 2017.

Since then, I’ve led cross-disciplinary teams to build digital products that are high-performing, intuitive, and built to scale. Along the way, I’ve supported the growth of our global Technology team and helped shape a culture centered on craft and close collaboration—recognized by Ad Age, Fast Company, and Digiday.

Much of my work involves partnering with CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and CMOs—translating strategy into execution, guiding architecture, and helping teams move fast without compromising quality. My focus is on using technology to realize the creative vision—bridging design ambition with the systems, tools, and technical decisions that make it real. I’ve built and scaled distributed teams and stay close to the details, whether it's technical direction or day-to-day problem-solving.

I’ve led projects that have earned multiple awards, including for the Work & Co website, which was recognized for its structure, navigation, and design by both the Webby Awards and W³ Awards.

I help spearhead our Gen AI initiatives, focusing on evolving how teams design and build digital products. That includes embedding LLMs into real workflows—supporting designers and engineers with tools that accelerate iteration, automate routine tasks, and enable new ways of working. I’m also helping launch systems with emerging agentic capabilities. I advise on model strategy, system architecture, and responsible AI practices, with an emphasis on scalable, production-ready solutions.

I also speak regularly at industry events and universities, including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Adobe MAX, the Webby Awards, and the I-COM Experience Summit—sharing how emerging technologies are reshaping how we imagine, design, and deliver digital products.
