The Story So Far.

I lead cross-disciplinary teams that design and build large-scale digital products. My focus is on translating product vision into robust technical architecture—bringing together design, engineering, and emerging technologies to deliver systems that perform, scale, and last.

At Work & Co, I help shape how our teams build modern digital platforms. That includes guiding technical strategy, partnering with client leadership, and ensuring that design ambition is supported by the right architecture, tools, and engineering practices. I work closely with CTOs, CIOs, CDOs, and product leaders to turn ideas into production-ready systems.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve helped build and scale global engineering teams while staying close to the work itself—whether that’s defining the architecture, guiding the technical direction, or helping teams solve complex delivery challenges. Many of the products I’ve led have been recognized by organizations, including the Webby Awards and W³ Awards.

More recently, I’ve been helping lead our generative technology initiatives—focusing on how language models and emerging tools can be integrated into real product workflows. The goal is practical: enabling teams to move faster, automate routine work, and create new capabilities within the products we build.

I also speak regularly at industry events and universities—including the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, Adobe MAX, the Webby Awards, and the I-COM Experience Summit—sharing perspectives on digital product creation, platform architecture, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

I joined Work & Co in 2013 when the company was still a small team building its first major products. Earlier in my career I worked in the UK at the intersection of technology and design, including at Manchester agency magneticNorth. I became a Partner of Technology at Work & Co in 2017.

My interest in technology started early—programming on a Sinclair ZX Spectrum as a kid—but what has kept me in the field is the same thing that drives my work today: the challenge of bringing great ideas to life through thoughtful design, strong engineering, and close collaboration between disciplines.
